Thanks to our more than 35 years of experience and our extensive work with difficult to handle materials, we were recently contracted to handle a project of contract converting for films, papers, boards and coated roll goods.
We operate a number converting systems from manufactures such as Maxon, Mamco, Rosenthal and Custom Sheeters; in addition we are also equipped with 72″ and 62″ slitters/rewinders from Indev. These capabilities allows us to convert flexible films, flocked substrates, non-wovens, foils, textiles, papers, plastics, pressure sensitive and laminates, with finished dimensions of ½-72″ in width, rewind diameters up to 30″, unwind diameters up to 50″, and sheet sizes up to 54 x 108.” For this customer work is completed in 3-10 days and delivered from our Rhode Island facility.
